This page summarises the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how to exercise them. What data we process is described in our Privacy Policy.

Right of access (Art. 15)
You may ask whether we process personal data about you and, if so, request a copy of that data together with information such as the purposes, the recipients and the retention period.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct or complete it. If an address or date you entered during the order process is wrong, a short message to us is enough.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
You may request the deletion of your data. Records subject to commercial or tax retention obligations cannot be deleted before those periods expire; in that case the data is blocked from further use instead and kept solely to meet the legal obligation.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
If you contest the accuracy of your data or believe the processing is unlawful, you may ask for the processing to be restricted instead of erased.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
You may receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, ask us to transmit it directly to another controller.
Right to object (Art. 21)
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. We will then stop the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3))
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Your cookie choice is stored separately; you can change it at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer (once analytics is enabled).
How to submit a request
Send your request to [e-mail address] or by post to [postal address]. Requests are free of charge.
We answer within one month at the latest; where a request is complex this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will inform you. We may need to verify your identity so that data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77)
If you believe the processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: [authority, address and website].
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. Every rental request is reviewed by a person who then approves or declines it.
